• argued and won case before 11-judge en banc panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Yahoo! v. La Ligue Contre le Racisme et l'Antisemitisme;
• obtained $6.5 million settlement in case concerning Nazi-looted Picasso painting;
